Panna Cotta, the English reinterpretation
Although the thought takes you to Italy for the first time, because Panna Cotta is a classic Italian dessert, I tried this unique combination of tastes in England. Under the signature of Chef Adam Harvey, inspired by Yorkshire County and using mainly local products, this seasonal goat's milk dish is a challenge.
Delicate, silky and well balanced, the dessert is meant to surprise you. Different textures, gathered around a pink sauce with a vibrant and sweet note of rhubarb, awaken your senses and cool you when you least expect it, thanks to a lime sorbet. For me, this was the perfect dessert for a wonderful evening spent in a fairytale setting.
If you are a gourmet and you are also lucky to be in the area, don't miss the fine dining restaurant at Holdsworth House where you can find an a la carte menu that invites you to try something special!
